Clients appreciate the hotel, very much appreciated, located in Castilleja de la Cuesta, originally dates from the 16th century and is built in a typically rustic, Andalusian style. This historic property was once a monastery and is set surrounded by beautiful countryside just 6 km outside of Seville’s city centre. There is also a restaurant set in the property’s old olive mill, highly regarded, where you can learn to cut a decent slice of cured ham, and the barbecue is available during the summer months. It features courtyards, and above all, colourful tiles, mosaics and peaceful shaded gardens where you can relax away from the warm Spanish sun. It lies just a few kilometres from the impressive historic sights of ancient Seville, very much appreciated, as well as the city’s history-inspired theme park, Isla Mágica. The surrounding town of Aljarafe is famous as being the place where the legendary Hernán Cortés died.
