The Tryp Colina do Castelo is located on a hill overlooking the town of Castelo Branco, which is the capital of the Beira Baixa province, from where you enjoy an exceptional view. This is the perfect departure point, not only for visiting the most pictures and places of the region, but also for business meeting and trips. Like all Tryp Hotels, the Colina do Castelo offers all comforts with modern and functional facilities, from room service to a health-club and a Kids Club, not to mention its spacious meeting rooms and banquet facilities. The Tryp Colina do Castelo offers the perfect combination of services and facilites; a total area of 550 square meters is available for meeting and conference rooms, with a capacity of up to 550 people, always supervised by a professional team. Moreover, in the Health-club there is a beautiful indoor heated pool, a sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and gymnasium, as well as three tennis courts and two squash courts. Every guest of Hotel Tryp Colina do Castelo, has free use of the indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and the garage.

Food & Beverages

To start the day pleasantly you can enjoy our breakfast buffet. Gastronomy receives special attention at the Tryp Colina do Castelo. The à la carte and buffet restaurant offers Portuguese and international specialties. Furthermore, there is a snack bar where you can have light meals, while you play pool, billiards, darts, table games or watch TV.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.50 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
