Port Lalande

It offers comfortable chalets for up to 6 people. Visitors appreciate the hotel is situated on the banks of the Lot River near the village of Castelmoron-sur-Lot. There is also a bathroom with a bath or shower and a separate toilet. The chalets are air-conditioned and have 2 bedrooms, and above all, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and an equipped kitchen corner. There is also a health spa with a sauna, very much appreciated, hamman and cardio training room. Port-Lalande is a holiday village with an outdoor swimming pool and plenty of organised activities.

Payment Information: The remaining balance of your booking is requested 1 month before the date of arrival. Please note that EUR 50 for the final cleaning is charged separately at the hotel. Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 For stays of 2 to 6 nights, bed linen is included in the room rate (except in July and August). The rate does not include linen and towels and a final cleaning charge. Port Lalande offers sailing and other activities. There is a mini-club for children from 6 to 12 years old available in July and August, Monday to Friday in the morning or afternoon. Activities include outside games, nature walks, drawing and painting. This is included in the price, but for some activities an extra payment may be required.

After the bridge, turn right before the fountain. By plane: Airport of Agen at approximately 40 km. Paris/Agen: 1h15. By train: Railway Station in Tonneins at approximately 15 km. TGV in Agen (approximately 40 km) Paris/Agen: 4h.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 75 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
