Please note that in January, February, March, November and December, the restaurant and bar are closed and the hotel does not offer a served breakfast during these months. However, the hotel does provide all the ingredients necessary for a typical Italian breakfast in the room, including a kettle with tea, coffee, cappuccino and croissants and toast with marmalade.

In January, February, March, November and December, the bar, the restaurant and the reception are closed. If you require assistance please contact the hotel management directly, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
