The Castellon Center Hotel restaurant "Los Naranjos" run by Chef Eugenio Gil and Maître Santoago Rubio, specialises in Mediterranean cuisine with regional influences and including special rice dishes, salads and a full range of wines' cellar. The buffet breakfast is available from 7:00 to 10.30 (7:30-11:00 weekends and bank holidays) and includes hot options as well, sausages, fruits, coffees, infusions, dairy products, homemade cakes and the popular Mediterranean orange juice... The snack bar is opened from 11.00AM-24.00PM.
