The residence comprises of 3 detached villas containing 15 elegantly furnished apartments featuring stone outer walls, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, bathrooms lined with quality marble, independent entrances and gardens, independent heating and air-conditioning, satellite TV and services in each room. The farmhouse offers 3 types of holiday apartment: Two-Room, Three-room apartment and Four-room apartment.

The characteristic Antica Fonte Restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a choice of set meals menu or an à la carte menu. Here you can enjoy the finest typical Tuscan cuisine at especially competitive prices. A take-away service is also provided.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and costs EUR 5.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
