The hotel has a shuttle bus service from/to Verona Airport from 07:00 to 22:30 (free service), and from/to Verona city centre at fixed times.

Food & Beverages

Buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00. The hotel bar is open from 07:00 to 23:00.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
