As an alternative to the restaurant, very much appreciated, you may prefer to sample our bar menu in the relaxed atmosphere of JR's Bar & Diner. Adjacent to the restaurant, valued throughout, the Portland Residents Lounge Bar is the place to relax before or after your meal.

Please note that parking is available on a first come first served basis and we regret that we cannot reserve spaces.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 4.50 per person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
