For the business traveller, the hotel offers 11 very popular meeting rooms catering for 2 to 300 guests. So, if you are looking for a friendly business and family friendly hotel with great facilities at value for money prices look no further than the Village Hotel & Leisure Club Cardiff. From the 25th November through to the 31st December there are party nights at the hotel which will affect the dining arrangements. If you are not attending a party night at the hotel there will be food available in the Village Pub and kitchen if the restaurant is closed due to parties. You may be able to join the party though at a supplement to your accommodation rate. Please check with the hotel prior to arrival for latest availability. Parties themes are: Abba Tribute Night Beatles Tribute Night 70s & 80s Nights or a Dinner and Disco.

Food & Beverages

Whether it's a formal dinner or a relaxing meal, Village Hotel & Leisure Club Cardiff offers you a choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and occasions. Verve Bar & Grill presents an Untraditionally British menu; The Victory Pub and kitchen offers good old pub favourites at pub prices and not hotel bar prices, whilst Vibe Café serves up healthy salads, Paninis and other hot and cold snacks.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
