The hotel is pleased to announce that refurbishment of the bar, lounge, restaurant and function rooms is now complete. New bedrooms are also available, they now feature air conditioning, a multi-channel LCD television, in-room safe and double shower (other areas are still being refurbished, please see Important Information for details). This modern hotel with easy access both to the M4 and the city centre is convenient for every traveller. With a friendly and warm atmosphere the hotel offers extensive facilities to meet your every requirement. All residents have complimentary access to the leisure suite, including heated indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna and gym. The comfortable lounge area serves light bar meals throughout the day and the restaurant offers an extensive choice of evening meals to suit all dietary needs. Should you wish to organise a meeting room, the hotel can provide space for between 2 and 290 delegates with a function suite available for up to 230 people.

Food & Beverages

The lounge area is the perfect place in which to relax with a drink, eat a light bar meal and meet up with friends and colleagues The Avenue Restaurant offers an extensive choice of evening meals to suit all dietary needs.

The hotel is embarking upon a refurbishment project for their guest rooms and public areas. The entire refurbishment project will commence on 29 August 2008 and is expected to be completed by mid February 2009. Renovation work will take place between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 to 17:30 on Saturdays. The management assures all guests that there will be minimal disruption. A full range of food and beverage menus will be available, and the leisure club will be operating as usual during this program.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.50 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 11.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
