RESIDENCE Apartments are about 30 to 40m away from the beach. Each has a living room with kitchenette (dish, refrigerator with freezer, and no linen), bathroom, telephone, ceiling fans and veranda. Facilities Included in the Residence: - Bed linen and bath with weekly change. - Final cleaning (excluding the kitchen), TV, private car parking, private beach with use of 1 beach-umbrella and 2 deck-chairs per apartment, half an hour of canoeing per person per day, children’s playground. - Daytime and evening entertainment from mid June to mid September. HOTEL All rooms are about 30 to 40m away from the beach. All are double rooms with bathrooms and with the possibility of adding a third or fourth bed. Facilities Included in the Hotel - Private car park, private beach with use of 1 beach-umbrella and 2 deck-chairs per room, half an hour of canoeing per person per day, children’s playground. - Continental breakfast buffet. Half Board includes Breakfast and Dinner. - Daytime and evening entertainment from mid June to mid September.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 3 to 10 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
