And children are always under the supervision of our entertainers. Our specific program for adults includes all kind of activities, sport games and water sports, terrace games, horse excursions, ... And every night … live music, professional shows, variety, games, dances, shows performed by our own entertainment team and, above all, many surprises.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s main restaurant serves a delicious buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. You can also choose to dine at the poolside snack bar or bistro-bar, serving Spanish and international dishes along with fine wines and great entertainment. There is also a lunch restaurant beside Cala Mesquida Beach and an Italian restaurant set on a terrace with fantastic views over the island. You can even try the range of Mexican dishes on offer at the hotel’s Viva Mexico restaurant.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 28.89 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 51.36 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
