In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, a mini-oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 3 years per night is not included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 10 years per night is not included.
