Bed linen and towels are available on site at an additional cost for guests staying 3 nights or more. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Food & Beverages

This is self-catering accommodation, so there are no communal breakfast facilities. You will find several restaurants, 2 minutes away from the residence.

The apartments are available from 16:00 on Saturday to 10:00 the next Saturday. The reception is open from: - 09:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. - 08:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. A EUR 200 security deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at the time of check-out after room inventory has been checked.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 10.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
