The Hotel Maxim offers the use of bicycles, a private beach, a sun terrace with whirlpool and a large terrace with bar. In addition to this there is an ADSL internet point (free of charge) in the lounge.

The Hotel Maxim proposes a variety of homemade cuisine and typical specialities of the Veneto region, as well as a rich buffet breakfast in the morning.

The beach service with sunshade and deck-chairs is included in the rate.

Wired internet is available in the business centre and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 12.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 3 to 6 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 10 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
