Rooms

All apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates and a mini-oven. A safety deposit box and phone are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit. This must be requested online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

A variety of restaurant services, including set menus, are available onsite.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 14 November 2009 the residence reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the hotel in advance.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
