In the Excellior Residence, there is an outdoor area with sun loungers/chairs, a solarium in summer and 3 jacuzzis. Start the day in the breakfast room, while free private underground parking and Wi-Fi internet access are at your disposal. Access codes are mandatory to enter the residence after 10 PM. Please contact us before to get them.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast room. There are also a lounge and coffee bar.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
