Cancellation policies apply as follow: - In January, February, March, November and December: cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay. - In April, May and October: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before date of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay. - In July, August and September: the hotel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night of the stay at the time of booking. During fare periods, the hotel will charge 50% of the total amount of the booking at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show, early check-out or a cancellation made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will charge 100% of the total amount of the booking. Fare periods 2008: - IDEF: 25 to 28 June. - Boat Show & PIMRX: 10 to 18 September. - HLM ASSO: 22 to 25 September. - MIPCOM: 11 to 17 October. - Tax Free: 27 to 31 October. - GARTNER: 3 to 7 November. - MAPIC: 18 to 21 November. - MIPIM HORIZON: 2 to 4 December. - ILTM: 8 to 12 December.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 14.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 31.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
