Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board is not included and costs EUR 23.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
