In addition to the listed facilities the hotel has a lounge, 2 pools for adults and children, 2 terraces with sun loungers and a video games room. For children there are play areas with a supervisor, cots are available and there is also a childcare centre. Evening entertainment and activities are generally available.

Food & Beverages

The hotel is all-inclusive and offers several options for dining and drinking, including a buffet dining room, a bar and the cafe, Cafeteria Caracas. The bar, located on the large pool terrace, is the perfect spot for meeting after a long day at the beach. Cafeteria Caracas is located next to the second swimming pool. Breakfast is available from 08:00 to 10:30 and lunch is available from 12:30 to 15:30 in the restaurant, or in Cafeteria Caracas. A buffet dinner is available from 18:00 to 21:00; sandwiches are available from 11:00 to 00:00 at the bar or in Cafeteria Caracas and ice creams and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10:00 until 00:00 at the bar or in Cafeteria Caracas. Entertainment is provided 6 nights a week, featuring a professional show and live music.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 37.5 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
