The hotel boasts 136 double/twin rooms. Each stylish and contemporary room is beautifully appointed and well equipped, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Room types cannot be guaranteed. Guests will be allocated either a double or a twin room and room types are subject to availability, however requests will be noted.

All guests get full, free use of the superb leisure facilities in the Waves Health & Leisure Club. These include a 16-metre indoor heated swimming pool; a fully equipped gym with Technogym cardio equipment and weights; a Nordic sauna room, a steam room and a spa bath. You could even enjoy a game of tennis. The magnificent 18-hole championship golf course offers a challenge for golfers of all abilities. With panoramic views of the 200 acres of peaceful local countryside, this par-72 course measures 6750 yards (6175 metres). There are 11 air-conditioned conference rooms, each with the very latest in communications and presentation technology.

Food & Beverages

The tempting menus feature everything from classic British favourites to modern international dishes, with the emphasis on satisfying flavours. The menus change regularly to reflect the finest, freshest produce available locally and whether you are a business delegate or a leisure guest, you can look forward to the same exacting culinary standards and the same friendly service. The superb brasserie restaurant offers a stylish and informal environment in which to dine or relax. Guests can also enjoy a drink in the gallery bar or, during the summer months, dine al fresco on the roof terrace with superb views over the golf course. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 17.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
