Food & Beverages

A superb and substantial breakfast is available in our lounge area from 7:00 to 9:00 week days and from 8:00 to 9:30 weekends (earlier by prior arrangement). We offer a traditional full English breakfast or a continental breakfast. We can cater for people with special requirements E.G. vegetarian, gluten free, etc, by prior arrangement. On warm days, guests can enjoy sitting and relaxing in our garden, and if desired, they can also have their breakfast served in the garden.

It is essential that you state your arrival time at booking. Check-in times are from 14:30 to 22:00. Our office is not located in the same building of the hotel. On arrival, you can pick up keys from our office on 148 Perne Road.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 2.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
