The en suite rooms offer a variety of convenient facilities, including Wi-Fi internet access (please see individual room details for a complete list). Some of the rooms include four-poster beds. Some of the rooms may be located in the newly refurbished (2009) annex.

Our cosy dining-room offers a substantial breakfast menu to start your day. We offer traditional English, vegetarian and continental breakfasts. To accompany your breakfast, you may have fruit juice, tea or fresh filter coffee. Breakfast times are 7.30 - 9.00 Monday to Friday and 8.30 - 9.15 at weekends and bank holidays. Please note we are a non-smoking establishment

Payment Information: Aylesbray Lodge will charge an extra 5% for any payment made via Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. Longer Bookings: When booking a stay of more than 7 nights, Aylesbray Lodge may charge the total cost of the stay to the credit card provided (including the 5% charge shown above).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
