Rooms

We have tastefully decorated bedrooms, all of which are en suite. Our rooms are bright and airy and offer both modern and traditional furnishings. All are fully equipped with standard facilities. Please note that the rooms may be located in main house, annexe or annexe house (hawthorn house).

Hotel details

A credit card is required as a guarantee and we will charge 100% of the booking in advance. If the booking is cancelled in compliance with the cancellation notice period (72 hours for 1 room up to 3 nights, 7 days for group or longer bookings), your credit card will be refunded with the full amount of the booking. If you do not give sufficient notice of your cancellation then your card will not be refunded. We are a strictly non-smoking establishment. Please note that we do not accept one night stays over the weekend from March to October and no cancellations are permitted once a booking has been made during graduations and the folk festival regardless of time and reason. Credit card payments are subject to 5% surcharge. For special requirements, we require the last 3 digits on the back of your card.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
