Food & Beverages

Breakfast packs are available on request (at an additional cost). A pack includes fresh bread, fresh orange juice, cereal, butter and margarine, preserves and biscuits.

Check-in: Because the apartments do not have a reception, you must call Market Rise Apartments 30 minutes before arrival to arrange key collection. Use the phone number provided on your booking confirmation. Deposit Policy: If your booking is at least 28 days in advance of your arrival, the advance deposit taken by Market Rise Apartments will be reduced to GBP 200.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 15.22 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
