In addition to the spa facilities already mentioned, you can enjoy a dip in the indoor, salt-water swimming pool, with its Niagara jets, swan jets, and water beds and chairs with bubbles. A free towel service is provided. You can also request a dressing gown or swimming cap. There are also activities led by the hotel's very own sports monitors. The spa centre is open from 09:00 until 21:00, every day, all year round. You can have unlimited use of the facilities during your stay. Access to all spa facilities is included in the room rate.

Access into the Thalasso Club is not permitted for children under 5 years. Children between 5 and 14 years must be accompanied by an adult and are permitted only between 11:00 and 12:00 and later between 17:00 and 18:00. Room with park view only admits 2 people. Room with Sea view can admit a third person.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 12.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
