Breakfast is served in the complex from 07:45 to 10:00, or there is a continental breakfast available in the pool bar from 10:00 to 11:30. The snack bar is open from 13:00 on the restaurant's terrace. Dinner is served between 18:30 and 21:00. Snacks and drinks are available throughout the day, please consult the complex's reception for full details. Wristbands must be worn by guests on the all-inclusive meal plan at all times.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
