Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Up to two children from 0 to 5 years are charged EUR 3.50 per night and person for cots. Up to two children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Up to two older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
