Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
