Purchased by a Swiss hotelier as an annex of the legendary Shepherds Hotel, very much appreciated, our rooms retain today an ambience of faded grandeur. Built at the turn of the century as the baths of the Egyptian royal family, valued throughout, the the hotel was for years a colonial British officers club before becoming a hotel. Old world meets modern comfort in our rooms and public areas. Our famous Barrel Bar remains a popular Cairo rendezvous and Windsor has been featured in several international films for its unique charm.
