Food & Beverages

Evening meals are available Tuesday to Saturday, if booked 24 hours in advance. If needed, staff can recommend other places to eat in the local area.

If you expect to arrive late, please inform the hotel. If you booking is for more than 1 room; or for more than 2 nights; or duing a special event or public holiday, Plas Dinas will apply different cancellation policies.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
