All our rooms are air-conditioned, soundproofed, equipped with a full bathroom with shower or bath, private toilets, satellite TV, phone and modem plug. Two rooms are fully equipped for disabled people.

The Hotel*** Restaurant Les II Mas in Perpignan-Cabestany offers 32 rooms decorated with southern colours, surrounding a typical Spanish Patio, unique in the Pyrénées Orientales.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant, Le Patio, is open all year round from 12:00 to 14:00 and 19:30 to 21:30. It serves lots of fish dishes and meat specialties a la Plancha (Spanish grill). In the summer, you can enjoy your meal on the patio. The Chef and his staff can also cater for family meals, banquets and professional events.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
