The hotel has several rooms suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility. Every room has a sofa bed, which can accommodate up to two children under the age of 12 years sharing the same bed. All rooms can be set up as family rooms on prior request.

With a relaxed, informal atmosphere and friendly service, the Trader's Bar and Grill is open every day for lunch and dinner, as well as for the famous Holiday Inn Breakfast. A selection of bottled and draft beers, wines and spirits are available. Room service is available 24 hours a day.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 15.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 13.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
