By Car: - From Avenida de España (Paseo de Cánovas) continue onto Avenida Virgen de la Montaña. - At the Glorieta de Colón (Plaza de Conquistadores) roundabout, continue onto Hernandez Pacheco (3rd street). - Before the Puente de San Francisco bridge turn left onto Camino Llano. - You will see the Plaza Marrón square at the end, where the pedestrian area starts. - The hotel is 100 metres away from here. - You can reach the hotel's door, provided that you ask for permission at the beginning of the street. Contact the hotel if you would like a map which shows with a blue arrow the route you must follow to reach the hotel by car.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 4.10 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
