The hotel provides guests with free high speed internet, wireless in the common area and cable internet in room. The spa and wellness centre is open daily 12:00 – 20:00. Here you will find is a private thermal water circuit for up to 4 and a number of health and beauty treatments including exclusive oxygen spa treatments.

Please note that the hotel doesn't accept American Express to guarantee the reservation or as a method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
