Hotel details

We have 3 conference suites, accommodating up to the maximum of 150 delegates, theatre style. They are fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out to provide total flexibility. We offer easy access and natural light in the suites. A 2nd, larger boardroom style conference room is also available for those wanting more than one meeting room. The Suffolk is licensed to hold civil weddings. Our air conditioned Lark function room can hold up to 140 guests and includes a large dance floor for the evening festivities. It has its own bar and separate entrance. There is a large patio for guests and a dedicated complimentary bridal suite overlooking the golf course.

Food & Beverages

The Suffolk has 2 main dining areas. The more formal dining room, The Genevieve Restaurant, is open in the evening with an à la carte menu that suits most palates. We also offer a varied selection of vegetarian dishes. Table d'hôte menus are available on request for group reservations. The Lounge Restaurant and bar are ideal for light meals and snacks throughout the day and evening.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 2.99 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
