The hotel has 2 meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 100 delegates. Both a day delegate rate and a 24 hour rate are available. For special occasions, the wonderful views and gardens provide the perfect backdrop for memorable photographs. The inside is beautifully renovated with 2 rooms suitable for all events.

Food & Beverages

Fitzys bar & restaurant is locally renowned for its traditional home-cooked food, prepared using only fresh, local produce. Diners can enjoy the beautiful views of the terraced gardens or the Lancashire countryside. For special occasions, you can choose to dine is the exclusiveness of the hotel's conservatory.

Please note that all public areas and rooms are non-smoking.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
