Our guest rooms and holiday apartments are decorated in cheerful colours and feature modern furnishings. The holiday apartments comprise 1 or 2 separate bedrooms and a lounge. Extra beds are available, allowing space for 2-6 persons.

Our location within a UNESCO biosphere reserve, our friendly staff, and the many leisure opportunities available guarantee a pleasant stay. During your visit, get to know the area's 300+ natural waterways via rowing boat.

Food & Beverages

Our comprehensive breakfast is available from 08:00 to 10:00 and guarantees a good start to the day. The restaurant is open from 11:00 and serves regional specialities including fish and game dishes. Our beer garden and terrace are well suited to summer parties, and snacks can also be ordered here. Our rustic lounge seats 46 persons and serves specialities from the Spreewald region. For meetings and company presentations we offer a room for 42 persons, and for large parties we provide a 80-seater hall with a stage.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 18.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
