Please note that the hotel is NOT adequate for disabled people and wheel chairs – NO rooms with special bathroom!

Please note, that in Hungary the official currency is the Hungarian Forint, so in case of credit card payment, the hotel can only charge the amount of accommodation in this type of currency. In case of Forint payment the hotel use their own rack rate, which can be different from the EUR room rate, depending on the daily exchange rate of the banks. Payment is only possible in HUF or with credit card, not in EUR.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 11.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
