All the rooms are equipped with all the listed facilities and ultramodern furniture, air-conditioning system adjustable according to every client’s wish, top speed free internet and international telephone. The access in the hotel rooms is given, up to the fourth floor, by a silent elevator which is always functioning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
