Our apartments are all furnished with contemporary Italian furniture which is both attractive and functional. The floors are finished in beautiful timber from the finest Italian factories and the whole effect is set off with subtle lighting and tasteful soft furnishings. A number of the apartments come with a spacious terrace and view of the Patriarchy gardens, which are considered to be the Vatican City of the Orthodox world.

This delightful old villa dating from 1890, has been completely renovated and extended to create a complex of luxury apartments worthy of the name, Prince Residence.

Food & Beverages

The hotel offers a snack-bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 08:00 to midnight. The hotel also serves sandwiches, toast, sweets and more from 11:00 to midnight.

Additional Costs: Massages: EUR 10 to 30, depending on the type of treatment. Airport transfer: EUR 25.

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free Private parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
