Our complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00. The restaurant is open until 22:00 offering light meals during the day including vegetarian dishes. The bar& bistro provides a fine assortment of coffee and tea or a large selection of drinks and refreshments, 24 hours a day. Its garden and terrace is the perfect cosy place for guests to spend the afternoon or evening. Close to the hotel you can find a wide selection of restaurants with Romanian or international food.

Area information

Being in the middle to the financial and commercial centre of the city and within walking distance to the shopping area and main touristic and cultural attractions, the hotel is perfect both for business and leisure travellers. The most important touristic sites that could be visited are The Parliament Palace (House of People), Cismigiu Gardens, the National Art Museum and many others.

Travel information

By car: from Henri Conda International Airport or Baneasa Airport; - take Ploiesti Highway to Bucharest. - follow the signs to the city centre - take Kiseleff Boulevard, pass Victoriei Square - turn right on Henri Coanda Street (before Piata Romana). - The hotel is located between Victoriei Square and Piata Romana . By bus: - From the airport take bus 783 to Romana Square - take Lascar Catargiu Boulevard towards Victoriei Square - turn left on Henri Coanda Street, which is the third street to the left. By train from Gara de Nord Railway Station: - take the metro to Romana Square - follow the directions above. Upon request, Hotel Michelangelo arranges transport to and from the Airport to the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
