From day one, our priority has been to create light, comfortable and spacious rooms with the best in-room facilities possible. Each room is at least 30 m² in size and offers large windows, a hyper-comfortable seat and footrest, an oversized workplace and an ergonomic desk chair. You can make yourself a cup of Senseo coffee or tea and watch a movie on the extra wide TV screen. Store your purchased Belgian chocolates and beer in the small fridge to keep them fresh for home. For just a few euros more you’ll be able to marvel at your own panorama of Brussels. Admire the view, extending from the gothic tower of the Grand Place to the Koekelberg Basilica and the Atomium that shines with 1,000 lights since its recent renovation.

Savour the warm ambience of our minimalist, simple and light interior, designed to reflect our unique ‘Bloom’ theme in every sense of the word. To accurately illustrate this theme and create a surprising and inspiring concept, we called in the help of the ELIA, European League of Institutes of the Arts. Trendy, young European artists were selected to add an artistic and fashionable touch to our guest rooms and public spaces. The result of this project is an exceptional glimpse of contemporary art from across Europe and a stylish, cosy interior to unwind in. The hotel offers private parking for 110 cars.

Food & Beverages

Indulge in a wholesome and healthy breakfast at Oo! and start your day in style. Our trendy venue SmoodS offers a restaurant and living room in one, complemented with funky music. The music concept is created by DJ Cosy Mozzy (Dirty Dancing, Pure FM). Absorb the warm, yet modern atmosphere of this inspirational place, where you will feel right at home. With 7 distinctive mood islands, namely Passion, Safari, Bling-Bling, Aqua, Bazaar, Spring and Flower Power, you can choose which setting best suits your humour. This unique living room is all about freedom and music! So, pick a mood, grab a seat and relax. You can sample snacks, light meals and healthy dishes from our well-balanced menu of delightful, healthy European cuisine. Don’t forget to taste a delicious frozen cocktail. We also offer an assortment of tea and coffee, a variety of liqueurs and spirits and a selection of excellent European wines. Where quality allows, we use local products from traditional farms and environmentally conscious suppliers, as well as the freshest, mostly regional, ingredients.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 5.50 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
