The location of Hotel Housing allows easy access to all Brussels attractions and business destinations. Located in the Schuman area, which is European Institutions,, valued throughout, this is a brand new, small, friendly, relaxed hotel with 12 rooms, suites and apartments in a splendid environment. Excellent and extended facilities are included in the price. The Schuman area is within walking distance, and above all, whilst the centre and NATO are 5 minutes away by car, and the airport is 10 minutes away. The suites are over 45 m² in size with a sitting and TV corner, very much appreciated, the apartments are over 100 m² and have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Amongst others, valued throughout, an extensive breakfast, laundry service, flat-screen TV, and fast internet access are available, as well as use of a computer, phone calls, which is up to EUR 10 daily,, snacks and drinks, car parking, and use of bikes. Some are in a beautifully restored building, and above all, 100 metres away.

The rooms have large wardrobes of modern design or cosy teak furniture. All have en suite showers or baths, or both, and are non-smoking. Please note that the hotel is difficult to find as the street is small with only one street sign indication. GPS and online maps do not currently list the street as it is new, and there is no sign on the outside of the hotel. In order to find it easily, please bring a print-out of the map with you but note that the street name at our location should be Louis Scutenairestraat, rather than Marcel Mariënstraat.

Travel information ATTENTION: The hotel is situated in a new street that often doesn't appear on older maps. Hotel Housing is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The hotel is off the main road in a small street called Rue Louis Scutenaire 3, in a very quiet area. As the street is only indicated on recent maps please consult the map on this website before departure. You may also need a map if you plan to travel by taxi for the taxi driver. The extensive public transport network assures connections to almost any part of Brussels. More than 10 bus lines will bring you to any desired destination. Direct bus connections exist to the airport (8km), Nato (4 km), the City Centre (3 km) and the European centre and the metro (1 km). For the bus time-schedule visti the 'stib.be' website. The distance to the bus stops is 2-5 minutes walk.
