City Flats Brussels

Every flat has its own fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, very much appreciated, seats and sofas, desk and TV, while most of the flats have a separated bedroom. We offer something completely different to a hotel: 56 very nice furnished flats, which is 35-60 m², with hotel service in a great renovated factory in the centre of Brussels. On demand we can provide breakfast packages, highly regarded, while car parking is available, which is at an additional cost, and there is wireless broadband internet in the whole building. This makes them ideal for a convenient and economical stay in the centre of Brussels.

All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with large fridge and microwave They are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home" and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.

Food & Beverages

Our complex has no own bar or restaurant, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself. On walking distance there are also a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices. At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.

Please take notice that our reception is only open from 08:00 until 09:00 and from 16:00 until 20:00. Our manager lives in the complex and can always be reached by telephone, though.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
