If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
