Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23:00 hrs. If you can’t change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs local time.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

21 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.30 city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
