Parents can relax in the knowledge that their children are sleeping in an adjoining bedroom, which can be kitted out with games and toys. The hotel also has a limited number of suites which come complete with a range of exercise equipment so you can enjoy a workout in the privacy of your room.

Spa Naturel offers guests and visitors the chance to relax, unwind and revitalise in one of 14 tranquil treatment rooms. With an extensive list of treatments and pamper packages available, both male and female clients will be spoilt for choice. From prescription facials to aroma stone therapy sessions, Spa Naturel uses only the most luxurious products for its treatments. The team endeavours to ensure that each client is left with a sense of calm and well-being, and offers refreshments and magazines in the after-treatment ‘chill out’ area. The hotel is well equipped and well positioned to accommodate conferences and meetings. Each of the 12 conference rooms comes complete with air conditioning and broadband / Wi-Fi connectivity for added convenience. These ambient spaces can accommodate between 2 – 220 delegates, and the hotel is happy to provide delicious food and refreshing beverages on request. The hotel is licensed to hold wedding ceremonies, and offers a selection of luxurious function suites. With the ability to accommodate any number of guests - from a small intimate affair, to an extravagant event with hundreds of friends and family - the well appointed rooms offer stunning views over Bristol’s harbour side. Food & Beverages

The hotel boasts an award-winning Rosette restaurant serving modern European cuisine. With friendly service and mouth-watering dishes the Phoenix Restaurant creates the ideal atmosphere for an indulgent 3-course meal or a refreshing morning coffee. The adjoining bar is stocked with a wide variety of beverages including delicious cocktails.

Please note that pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 13.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
