The main house offers a comfortable and relaxing evening restaurant and lounge area, giving you the opportunity to unwind and dine 7 nights a week.

Food & Beverages

The charming restaurant (advanced reservations only) with its minstrel gallery, log fires and candlelight dining is unashamedly romantic! With an excellent reputation for fine cuisine and personal service, there's something to please even the most discerning palates. Using only the finest of freshly prepared local produce, accompanied by an extensive wine list, the emphasis at Miltons is quite simply to spoil you. Within the restaurant you can choose to dine upon the minstrel gallery, on the patio over looking the country garden, or in front of an open wood fire. It is highly recommended to book a table in advance to avoid disappointment. Alternatively a light snack or drink in the lounge could be equally satisfying.

Reception opens from 07:00 until 1100 and 14:00 until 23:00 each day. If you need to check-in outside of reception opening times, please contact reception at least 24 hours prior to arrival to request an early or late check-in.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 5.95 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
