City Inn's commitment to modern design and innovation has seen the recent enhancement of our 167 guest rooms to create an even fresher and more spacious environment. The light, contemporary design creates a stylish yet comfortable environment, with each room designed not only to be a bedroom, but a bright and fresh living space where guests either work or simply wind down and relax. Many rooms enjoy park views and each feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a flat-screen TV. City Inn's attention to detail ensures comfort at every level with anti-allergy pillows and king-size duvets. Late check-out is negotiable on request. City Inn offers all our guests early arrival from 08:00. If your room is not yet available we will check-in and store your luggage, and provide you with full guest accessibility, allowing you to charge hotel services to your bill. (Pre-bookings for early arrival are preferable).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8.50 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
